1. Nature of the Course
The course is designed as a structured learning program based on academic fundamentals of art, demonstrated and explained by master artist Vijay Achrekar.
The videos provided in the course serve as study material. The real learning depends on the learner’s regular practice, observation, and implementation of the teachings.
This course is the first part of a learning program. Subsequent parts may be released in the future as separate, paid courses.
2. Access to Course Material
- Access to course videos will be available for two (2) years from the date of purchase.
- Downloadable PDFs provided with the course will have lifetime access.
- Access is strictly for the enrolled learner and must not be shared.
3. Community Participation
The community is an essential part of the learning process, as the team observes learner progress through shared work.
Learners are advised to:
- Post their work regularly
- Maintain respectful and constructive interaction
- Learn through observation of others’ work
Consistent participation enables meaningful feedback and guidance.
4. Written Critique & Work Observation
As part of the course, the team will carefully observe the work regularly posted by learners in the community.
Based on this observation, periodic written critiques will be provided whenever the team finds it necessary to guide the learner’s progress.
- This process will remain active for the full two (2) years from the date of purchase.
- This is a guidance process based on the learner’s consistency and work, not a fixed monthly service.
- Learners who do not post work regularly may not be able to benefit fully from this support.
6. Workshops, Tours & Events
From time to time, special interactive tours, outdoor workshops, sketching meets, or events may be organized exclusively for enrolled learners.
- Participation in these events will be optional.
- These events will be planned separately and may involve a participation fee.
- Prior information will be shared through email or community announcements.
7. Group / Community Video Interactions
Occasional group or community video interactions conducted by the mentor Vijay Achrekar may be arranged during the first six months of the course, as and when considered necessary.
Availability and scheduling of such interactions will be at the discretion of the mentor and the team.
8. Intellectual Property
All videos, demonstrations, notes, PDFs, and materials are the intellectual property of the mentor artist and the platform.
- Recording, reproducing, distributing, or sharing the content in any form is strictly prohibited.
- Any misuse may lead to termination of access without refund.
- Artworks shared by participants within the course community may be used by the team for educational, reference, documentation, or promotional purposes, with appropriate credit given to the artist wherever applicable.
9. Refund Policy
Due to the digital nature of the course and immediate access to content, no refunds will be provided after purchase.
We encourage learners to read all course details carefully before enrolling.
10. Learner Responsibility
This course requires seriousness, discipline, and daily practice.
Results depend directly on the learner’s consistency and effort. The platform and mentor provide guidance and structure, but improvement is a result of the learner’s own regular practice.
11. Modification of Terms
The team reserves the right to revise course fees, structure, or Terms & Conditions when required to improve the learning experience or accommodate future updates. Any such changes will be communicated clearly. Continued participation in the course implies acceptance of the updated terms.
